I called and got an appointment the same week. the service man was very professional and communicated very well about arrival time instead of making me wait in one of those time frame windows like every other company. Once they arrived they educated me about the process, once done he went over the safety checklist, fireplace safety and overall fire safety when operated a wood burning fireplace. “Found this company through Angie's List. I hadn't even finished getting the contractor matches on Angie's List before my phone rang and it was Burn Clean. Talk about fast! I needed two chimneys inspected for an upcoming home sale. They were able to come out the next day. They showed up on time and were both polite and professional. Provided us with certs for both chimneys and prior to leaving even reviewed some basic fire safety with us such as making a proper escape plan. Like I said, these guys are pros! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for chimney work or inspections.”

“I can't say enough to express how grateful I am that Burn Clean was able to come clean my Chimney today. I really wanted to lite my first fire since I moved in to my house a year ago now. I was not sure if it was safe to do so since I had not had it cleaned. So nice to be able to lite a fire on a snow day!!!!!! Pete was very respectful of my home, he used drop cloths to keep everything clean and was even kind enough to lite the fire for me which was especially helpful since I had not lit one before myself. Pete also gave me some tips on how to lite and keep the fire lit and gave me Creosote & Soot Destroyer sticks. So happy Pete was able to come out today!
